“Such a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff are excellent; friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, too. And our twin room was very comfortable - very comfy beds and excellent shower en-suite. Very nice touches in lots of ways. We ate dinner both nights and were very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the meals. We really hope we will have another visit! ”

“Lovely hotel which was very comfortable and right up our street. We only had breakfast which was plentiful and very nice. The best bit for us was the location of the hotel which was just fab -walks from the door and a couple of pubs in walking distance.”

“Lovely greeting on arrival. Parking on the doorstep which is a bonus being in the centre of Kendal. Check in was simple having already completed the online form. Facilities available were explained to us and we headed up to our room. We were a little cross with ourselves for not bringing our swimming costumes!! Room was spotless and lovely and warm. Bathroom was also clean. Love the fact that in the bathroom they have a note saying if you’ve forgotten toothpaste/brish/razors etc they have them...
